Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM will begin processing the following business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we’ll communicate clearly via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Canada: 2–7 business days

United States: 4–10 business days
- International: 7-21 days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
Customs & Import Fees
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.
If an international order is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes or import fees, we are unable to offer a refund.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. metl studios is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect address details.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@metlstudios.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
